The use of a psychedelic background was to add more visual intrigue to the fight but spontaneously sparked the notion of the brawl itself being unnatural - 'Matrix' style. A desperate struggle to rescue for those, anyone, left behind in the ruins of the past - a past now haunted by the spectres that once inhabited a world long gone. This is a short film that was written, shot and edited in one afternoon. This is not an excuse for its shortcomings as a story but more as way of telling young, aspiring film-makers what can be achieved a such a brief span of time. Although this film will not win any awards or gain any high acclaim or attention - there is a freedom to be found in discovering ways to creatively express oneself and I learn every time I am involved in the production of a film. I only wish I did this more often. I hope, even if you do not like the film, that you can find some inspiration here and not let the chores of life stand in what you wish to pursue. This video was an exercise in utilising a reflector to improve the lighting on the subject in outdoor scenes.

Using a high-quality Black Magic Cameras to shoot the surrounding area of Bath city, this video was an exercise in post-production colour grading. As well, the main focus was experimenting with finding colour in the environment and being able to suitably manipulate it to create pleasing images.
